User Usage:

You fully understand and agree that the Software provides personalized information services and that you are responsible for all actions taken under your registered account, including any content imported, uploaded, or transmitted, as well as any consequences arising therefrom. You must exercise your own judgment regarding content within the Software and bear all risks associated with the use of such content. The Software assumes no liability for losses resulting from user actions.
You are responsible for the authenticity, legality, and validity of the information transmitted via the Software. You bear sole legal liability for the information you disseminate; the Software assumes no liability in this regard. Any content recorded or transmitted through the Software's services does not reflect the views or policies of the Software, and the Software assumes no responsibility for such content.
The Software reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform's services if the personal information or published content you provide is untrue, inaccurate, or illegal, or if your published content violates this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations. If you object to the suspension, termination, or revocation of your account, you may submit your views to the platform and request the continued provision of services. Upon receiving such complaints or feedback, the Software will review the relevant information and provide a timely response to you. If the information is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or legally invalid, this software platform requires the user to provide information that meets the necessary requirements.
To prevent data loss on user terminals and to better serve users, this software provides data backup services to registered users. Upon authorization by the registered user, the software uploads data stored in the local database on the user's terminal to the software's servers and provides services to restore such data to the terminal device.
Users shall not use this software service to create, upload, copy, publish, disseminate, or repost content that:
Opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution;
Endangers national security, divulges state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
Damages national honor and interests;
Incites ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity;
Undermines national religious policies or promotes cults and feudal superstitions;
Spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability;
Spreads obscene, pornographic, gambling-related, violent, murderous, or terror-inducing content, or incites criminal activity;
Insults or slanders others, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
Constitutes other content prohibited by laws or administrative regulations.
This software reserves the right to review content posted by users. If a user engages in conduct that violates the usage rules described in this article or applicable laws and regulations, this software platform—depending on the severity of the violation and in accordance with laws such as the *Tort Liability Law* and the *Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information*—may require the user to take immediate corrective actions (such as rectification, restoration to the original state, or elimination of adverse effects). Furthermore, this software reserves the right to independently take lawful, effective, and necessary measures (including but not limited to modifying or deleting infringing information, or suspending or terminating the user's access to the service) and reserves the right to pursue further legal liability against the user.
Additionally, initiators and administrators of forum or community sections must fulfill obligations commensurate with their rights under this agreement and applicable laws and regulations. Service providers who violate legal provisions or the terms of this agreement, or who fail to adequately fulfill their responsibilities, shall—in accordance with the law and the agreement—have their administrative privileges restricted (e.g., modification or deletion of infringing information, or suspension of use) or revoked, up to and including the banning or closure of the relevant accounts or sections. Users are prohibited from deliberately promoting competing platforms in any form—whether via text, voice, images, or otherwise—or from promoting contact details other than those associated with this software; if communication is required, users should direct others to use this software’s private messaging function.
Certain features of this software incur data or service charges; applicable rates are determined by the user's telecommunications carrier, and the user is solely responsible for these costs.
Services provided by this software may include advertisements; users agree to the display of advertisements from this software as well as from third-party vendors and partners during use. Users are solely responsible for resolving any disputes arising from services or products provided by third parties; this software assumes no liability in such matters.
This software reserves the right to unilaterally modify, suspend, restrict, terminate, or withdraw all or part of its services at any time without prior notice, as required for business operations.
Live streamers should strive to foster the growth and self-reliance of their audience; they should avoid making negative statements that could instill a defeatist mindset or create dependency on the streamer in the users' daily lives.
Streamers can earn "Star Tickets" when audience members send them gifts.
Live streaming consumes device battery power and reduces usage time; users should ensure their devices are charged to prevent unexpected disconnections that could disrupt the broadcast.
Privacy Policy:
This software respects and protects the personal privacy of all users and places great importance on safeguarding user privacy and personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how we protect it.
We collect and use your personal information in accordance with the *Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China*, the *Information Security Technology—Personal Information Security Specification*, other relevant laws and regulations, and established industry security standards, as well as the terms of this agreement. Once the content of this Agreement changes, you may view the latest version on the official website; such publication constitutes notification of the changes to users, and no individual notice will be provided. If you do not accept the modified terms, please immediately cease using the services provided by this Software; continued use of the services will be deemed acceptance of the modified Agreement.

Upon registering as a user and accepting the services of this Software, you must provide true and valid contact information (including your email address, contact number, mailing address, etc.). This Software will deliver various notices to one or more of the contact channels you have provided. **Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Miscellaneous:**

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed void, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
